At first, the price was a gulp (no pun intended) however, the Brewery Gulch Inn provides a a chef's menu breakfast and light supper as part of the cost. Rooms are gorgeous with your own fireplace. Found BGI online and were we lucky! Great location a short distance from the village of Mendocino with ocean frontage walk right across the road and view of the Pacific from almost every room. A modern, spacious, welcoming structure with lots of wood and glass, tall architectural windows and doors to let in all the magnificent views. Definitely not Victorian!... more
