My wife and I had a charming five day stay at the Brewery Gulch Bed and Breakfast for our 28th anniversary. The atmosphere was laid back, quiet, and relaxing. We had the Osprey room on the second floor. A nice view through the trees to one of the ocean inlets of the bay. The bed and pillows were perfect. Flat... more

My first trip to Mendocino, although I've lived in CA for over 10 years now....just returned last night. The Brewery Gulch Inn was just what the Dr ordered for a restorative B&B experience. I must say, the website & subsequent photos do not do it justice. We booked it purely on the reviews we read here at Trip Advisor....and all... more

Celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary (2006) at Brewery Gulch Inn and came back this year to celebrate our 27th. We were going to visit every two years but we now have decided to do our anniversary celebrations at the Inn. The hands-on Owner/Manager, the friendly staff, added amenities and the food (plus wine selections) make for a memorable stay. Looking... more

My husband and I took a vacation and we wanted to stay somewhere off the coast. Brewery Gulch Inn is a must to see. The place is beautiful and the food was excellent. The room was very nice with a fireplace, oceanview, comfortable bed, great TV and all the amenties that you need. If you want somewhere to stay to... more

A very comfortable hotel in a magnificent setting, but what made it very special was the naturally friendly hospitality we received from all the staff, including the hands-on owner, who went to great lengths to make our stay memorable in every way. Highly recommended !! My only regret is that my wife and I couldn't stay longer during our two... more

If you want a very friendly, tranquil place to stay with pines, coastal views, and hosts that truly value your business, then Brewery Gulch Inn is for you! My wife and I have taken 2 to 3 night stays at Brewery Gulch Inn at least once annually since 2002. The ambiance of the Inn and the hospitality of the entire... more

We spent 3 nights at Brewery Gulch in January--a wonderful experience. It's quiet, clean, and low-key, very professionally run by the personable new owner. The rooms are airy and private. The excellent chef prepares outstanding breakfasts, and gourmet evening "hors-d'oeuvres" that we were happy to consider dinner! Note: If you like Victorian bric- a-brac and dogs roaming the hallways, go... more

My hubby & I were on a day long drive that turned into 2. We saw the Brewery Gulch Inn from the road & stopped in late in the afternoon to see if they still had a room. We had a beautiful view of an ocean inlet. The amenities and care the Inn takes to ensure a great visit were... more

My husband and I spent three nights at the Brewery Gulch Inn. It is a great place and the atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. The owner, Guy, was the most hospitable host I've ever encountered. The late afternoon "wine hour" is a real treat. The wine and lite meal are top-notch. I'm a major breakfast person and they do not... more

Wonderful, homey, comfortable rooms. Wi-fi access which reaches everywhere in the inn, and on the property. Fabulous afternoon food. World's best breakfasts. Wonderful, personable owner and staff. Right near the town (you cab be back from dinner in 2 minutes, literally.). Nice views. Great wines. Wonderful frog and cricket sounds. more
