I traveled through Merced and needed a place to stay. I am familiar with Ramada Inn so I inquired about a room. $75 is not unreasonable, so I booked the room. What a dump. Dark rooms, smokey hallways, luke warm water, noisy A/C unit, moldy breakfast, etc... Never again will I stay at the Ramada Inn in Merced. more

Not terrible, but not the greatest either. On the plus side, the hotel was much quieter than most in Merced. It's not directly on Highway 99, so you miss most of the freeway noise.
