As everyone has commented, there is old carpet, dingy furnishings, but you get what you pay for. We stayed here to crash for the night before our 7am flight, and we needed a hotel that offered a free shuttle. The rooms are awkwardly large, and we got an eerie feeling that the hotel looked like it was shut down because... more

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many areas, and we would definitely stay there again ... especially at the hotels.com price of about 57$ a night (including taxes and fees!). The two kids were a bit more comfy than me and my wife in the twin beds, but we all slept soundly. We did not hear any airplanes from our... more

The BAD: Dirty carpet, desk in room was sticky like melted candy in several places, green frosting-like stains on bed skirt, broken a/c (luckily it was a cold night), filthy throw pillows, lipstick on drinking glasses. Restaurant supposedly stays open until 11pm, but when we arrived at 10:40pm, they were already closed. Security guard was grouchy that we dared ask... more

It seems like they've just given up. I found my room with mysterious stains all over the curtain... after reading another review here about blood stains, I wasn't too happy. The beds were not comfortable at all. I will say that the bathroom was clean and serviceable, but that's about it. Parking was $10 overnight, and the local on-site restaurant... more

This hotel is def not a 3 star hotel. More like a 2 star. Only good thing about this hotel is the location, but there are better hotels at the exact same location for the same price. Hallways are dirty and old. Rooms are not better either. Old carpets, furniture and bedding. I would recommend single females to stay here... more

The room was pretty big. It was OK for what we needed -- arrival very late and then a morning flight out of SFO. Shuttle bus was OK but we waited a while for pickup. Our room faced the airport with a nice view of planes taking off.... but that's the problem, the noise was pretty loud as each plane... more

We checked into this hotel overnight to catch an early morning flight. The first room they gave us had several blood stains on the floor. Yes, they admitted it was a blood stain. Scary. They switched our room and we went down for an appetizer and drink at the lounge. The appetizer was terrible so we asked the front desk... more

The rooms were pretty nice for an airport hotel. Noise level was good. The shuttle to the airport was exactly on time. Great deal overall. more

I stayed for a couple of nights recently and this hotel needs serious remodeling. The room was OK, pretty specious but firniture was very old and bathroom amenities were from 70th. I asked at the reception for the map of the area - there was none available. The shuttle to airport comes every 20 min. On one of the column... more

I book this hotel through hotwire for $79. The only good thing about this hotel is that it was very close to the airport. However, it was old and you can see that it needs a remodel. The worst thing is that they charge $10 parking per day and for me that's ridiculous. There many hotels around SFO offering free... more
