I attended a dinner dance at the hotel during Labor Day weekend. If you stay here, get a room on the highest floor you can get facing the San Jose region. We stayed twice at this hotel in February and April 2009 while visiting family in San Jose. Rooms were part of a Priceline flight/hotel/rental car package. I only paid $70 a night because it was during Thanksgiving week and the hotel was going through renovations. It was an overall good stay considering the price. The location isn't that exciting but perfect for the silicon valley business traveler. One minor annoyance was that the room wasn't stocked with soap and shampoo when we checked in. more

We chose this as the final hotel on a family trip to California based on wanting to see some sights in San Jose area and on the great rates Crowne Plaza business hotels can have on weekends.
