Check-in was easy and fast. Front desk staff were very personable and helpful with any of our questions with the surronding area. Stayed here for five days, once in Dec 06 and again in Feb 07. Rooms are average mid-range extended stay rooms. Kitchen was well equipped with pots/pans, cooking utensils, dish and flatware. If you want to shop till you drop in San Francisco / San Jose Area, this is the best hotel to stay. It is just beside the Great Mall of Bay Area and just a short drive to many popular stores. Whats great is that the rooms is like your house, with complete kitchen amenities. more

Property was clean enough - but very industrial feeling. The flourescent light bulbs did nothing to ease the feeling of being in an office rather than a hotel room.
