Lone Oak is along motel row on Fremont St., away from the center of Monterey but close enough to drive to within minutes. The motel provides good accommodations and comfortable beds in a large room. We went there over presidents weekend, no problem checking in. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is a basic motel, but clean and accomidating. This is a great motel for the money.
