Nice location, across from park. Close to attractions. Good value for the price. Very friendly staff. The room was clean. Included a free breakfast, which was fine. The pool and spa were clean and working.

Freshly painted, sounds nice but very very strong paint smell inside room, windowing facing parking spaces means no way to let the smell go. Microwave and frig in the BATHROOM? Decor out of the 70"s Terrible mattress, T.V so LOW you could not use the remote. This was a BAD motel for lots of $ Stay away from this one. Best Western should be ASHAMED.....

This hotel is in a good location next to other hotels in a quiet area of Monterey. The rooms are clean and the bathroom has a large vanity with two sinks. Very friendly staff on both morning and evening shifts. Very helpful with directions and dining recommendations.

Hotel is average. Staff was friendly but property could use an update. Rooms were nice but on the smaller side and parking lot is always full, sometimes its hard to find a parking space. I slept well & cannot complain, price was very fair. John
