Had multiple problems with noisy kids, slamming doors & noise at all hours. Had to move once due to screaming baby and had my room downgraded (I'm Gold Elite). New room had what I could only describe as body fluid stains. GM never returned my call and duty manager seemed to care less. No 'Elite' floor, but 'Elite' rooms scattered. More
