This is the worst hotel in Morgan Hill. Their front desk is rude. When we booked they offered us a free shuttle, when we called for the shuttle, they said that there never was shuttle. Right adjacent to California 101, makes this Ramada an excellent place to visit Monterey area(45 minutes away) or San Francisco(1 hour away). I took my wife to this hotel 3/21/09. the staff is very nice. I told the manager that this was my wife birthday and we come to this hotel often. We have stayed here a number of times and have always had a pleasant stay. The staff is always very friendly, the hotel is pretty, the rooms are quiet and a great value, and the full cooked breakfast ,with many selections, is good!
