... the bad rooms and bad service. As someone other here wrote: Hotel is owned by an Indian family. The young son checked us in. His moon has no idea how the PC works. Rooms needs a lot of improvements. We have to stay there from Saturday to Sunday but the price in a three-digit region was and is too... more

We needed a room at the last minute and this hotel was one of the few with rooms available. I was hesitant because of the horrible reviews that the hotel had, but i was pleasantly surprised - the room was fine! Definitely ok for the one night we needed a place to stay. I wouldn't recommend it if you're on... more

This motel is in a great location, better than most higher priced motels. There is a nice outside seating area with a table and lots of chairs where you can enjoy the harbor view and smoke (choke) if you have to. The decor may be a bit out-dated, but what hotel/motel isn't? My room is very clean and everything works.... more

3/4 of reviewers would not recommend this dump...that's all you need to know. Cons: * Terrible staff. I think this place is family owned with the Husband and Wife manning the counter. Upon entering there is a foul smell of some ethnic food. Trying to check in is like an experience at the DMV, manager/owner takes his sweet time then... more

Stayed here for one night this weekend. Great location in town. Literally steps from everything, which was really convienient. We were allowed to check in early. Bedding was old, so we just used the sheets. Remote for TV didnt work. Bathroom was a little dirty looking. I wouldn't walk around in my bare feet that's for sure! Sheets kept slipping... more

I stayed in January of this year and booked a room online through Alliance Reservations Network (ARN). We arrived late only to find we had to wait a half an hour (no joke) for someone to come to the front door to receive our keys. Upon entering the room I smelled a weird musk smell and all of the windows... more

This hotel is old and tired. The room was clean but the everything (funiture, bed linens) was old. Spend the extra few bucks for a nicer place. Location was great so find another hotel nearby. Maybe the Ascot Suites across the street. We were wondering where the room pictured on the website was located. And plan to purchase breakfast elsewhere. more

Appearances are deceiving. Looks like a nice cozy Inn however it lacks many things. The room had an odd smell so we needed to air it out for awhile when we arrived. The bed was horrible! They didn’t even use fitted sheets so when I woke in the middle of the night (achy) the flat sheet was pulled down and... more

My fiance and I stayed at the Sea Air Inn in July '08. We paid over $150 for one night. At the time they were doing construction to the back of the motel where our room was located. It was very loud and obnoxious. The walls were extremely thin, and could hear the people next to us, and above us.... more

This hotel, motel might be a better word. Was cheap but clean. It is very old and could use some renovations. The bathroom does have the complimentary bath products, only lacks a hairdryer. The bed was comfortable. The lobby, was not smelling too good, it had a very intense curry smell hanging around. The frond door guy was friendly, but... more
