The motel is located only one block away from the ocean. The room was clean and the wifi is available. I would stay here again next time I visit Morro Bay. more

This hotel is HORRIBLE! The window wouldn't lock, we could hear the guy snoring next door all night, we could feel the springs in the mattress in our backs, there were blood stains and who knows what else on the pillows, cigarette burns in the sheets, mold in the shower, not to mention numerous fire code violations, trash all over... more

The location is great, one block from the "strip" and an easy walk to the down town where the non-tourists hang out. There is a trailer park directly across the street and this hotel is one of many in this area. The desk staff was great and the reservation process was easy. The Inn is in need of paint and... more

If your not going to spend any time in your room and you need a cheap place to stay, then this is it. As soon as we unpacked there was a domestic disturbance with several occupants and the Morro Bay police were called. We could hear everything from our room and this was the second time that day that the... more

This is not the hotel for light to medium sleepers. The walls are very, very thin. You can hear word for word the other occupants' conversations. The other room TVs can be heard - no problem. THe price of this hotel is low, for sure, but not worth it . The person at the check in desk was very nice,... more

I wasn't surprised to see that this little motel was not listed. My husband and I needed a last minute getaway for our anniversary. Everything else in Morro Bay was either to expensive or not available. Since we were only staying one night there was no sense paying and outragous price for one night in the middle of the week.... more

Booked two nights. Stayed the first night because there were no other rooms in town available at time we checked in. Left the following morning. Foul odor of garlic or curry in room and around hotel office. Carpet in room was filthy (not vacuumed). Wall paper peeling from wall at floor level. Room showed extreme lack of care/maintenance. Motel 6... more

This was the worst. I ended up paying about $200/night for this place and let me tell you it is not worth $1/night. The room smelled of a sweaty locker room. the sheets had holds and the pillows were stained yellow. The refridgerator had someones old food in it. House keeping didn't even bother to clean it out. And when... more
