This property is located about 1 block from the water and some rooms have water views. Ours, unfortunately, did not (you have to pay more for that privilege). Good basic hotel with a nice view of the bay and Morro Rock and only a short walk from the waterfront. The staff was friendly, but the minimal. Note that the front desk is not open over night.
