When I read some of these reviews I was unsure, but the hotel was fantastic! We booked a petite queen room and it was absolutely fine. We stayed in a room with a view of the pool. The rooms are somewhat small, but nicely appointed with great bedding. I've read many mixed reviews on this hotel but we were very pleased during our stay. When I travel, I spend very little time actually at the hotel but our room was clean and the staff was very accommodating. Our stay was during the winter so the town closes down early but there is plenty to do in the area. more

This has to be in the best location in Morro Bay. Right next to the state park, right on the water. There were cormorants in their nests in trees right next to our building.
