Pros: one-night weekend stay possible, clean room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, plumbing and hot water fine, 2 coffee shops within 2 blocks. Cons: thin walls -- if neighbors talk and laugh loudly at 11 p.m. or 2 a.m., you can hear it all as if you were in their room. more
Good: desk staff were friendly/helpful , free newspaper, got two rooms for a very reasonable price. Not so Good: manager apparently just quit, continental breakfast was minimal, property had a run-down appearance, rooms were not clean. more

I was able to haggle on the price and got a King Bed/non-smoking room (with a (tiny) ocean view) for $89! Unheard of in this area for a Saturday evening. this place is a rip off, they charged more than other comparable motels in town, and they charge for extra annemities that other motels give for free, it was a bad experience, so advise for anyone thinking of staying here, bring your own extra pillows, ice buckets, shampoo, and towels, and some lysol won't hurt... more
