Laura, I assure you that we wash our linens daily. I am so sorry you had this experience. I also could not find any record of a complaint. Please let management know of something like this if anything like this ever happens again- as it gives them the ability to learn whats going on, ans fix the problem. Again I... More

We spent two nights at the Inn. The morning of our departure, we found that the water had been turned off. My husband was mid-shave and I was about to step into the shower when the water stopped. We called the front desk and they said they were unaware of the problem. They told us there were rooms available across... More

You do not stay in the house. The room was average needing repairs and a good cleaning. Wall paper trim was peeling off the wall. Sheets were stained and overall did not feel clean. Owner took the keys home and staff couldn't open up the house for breakfast. Most staff were immature but pleasant enough. Will not stay again.

I, too, had stayed here before and found it charming, all the way from check-in to check-out, with a hearty breakfast attended to by the hosts. Breakfast last weekend was frozen waffles, dry cereal, no fruit, no pastries, coffee too weak to drink, and no staff in sight during breakfast or checkout. We did see a probable staff person while... I stayed here 2 or 3 times, a few years ago. It use to be a nice place to stay. It isn't anymore. They advertise food for breakfast between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. The coffee pot was not working. There was a tiny bit of milk in a gallon jug, and it was frozen. Three yogurts. It was ridiculous. I... More

We had stayed here before several years ago and decided to try it again, but were disappointed with the quality this time. The towels are thin and very rough and uncomfortable to use. The bed/headboard squeaked so loudly that you couldn't even turn in bed without a loud noise. The curtains are sheer and don't block out any sunlight. The... More
