I´ve stayed in Mt. Shasta twice, both times at the Mt. Shasta Inn and Suites. The husband and wife owners, who are very nice, do a great job in keeping the rooms very clean. They do not allow pets, and there are no odors in the rooms. It´s also more affordable than the Best Western, the other comparable hotel in... More

My wife and I were very happy with the large room which surprisingly included a comfortable sitting area with a sofa. The room was spotless with no pet or other unpleasant odors. In addition, the parking lot was very ample with plenty of maneuvering room. The manager was very cordial and pointed out eating establishments nearby that were both affordable... More

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago on my way back to Portland and it was very nice. Nice clean room, comfortable bed and very quiet. Also within a block of one of the better restaurants in town, a great espresso bar and Thai food. Glad to have found this place as the other hotels in town are either older... More

This is a wonderful place to stay and relax, never slept better. The owners take lots of time and effort to ensure that guests are happy. They take great pride in ensuring your family has a wonderful vacation. The property is beautiful and the rooms exceedingly comfortable. Recommend this to anyone wishing to have a great experience at a hidden... More

We were just passing through looking for lodging after a ten hour drive out of Seattle when we found this great opportunity to stay at the Mt. Shasta Inn and Suites towards the south end of Town. It was newer than the ones in town. The innkeepers were charming, polite and willing to give us a good deal for the... More

The owner, Mr. Patel, has a chip on the his shoulder and his clients should not be subjected to his arrogance. The room for $129. Was very basic, with thin sheets and towels, cheap coffee. There was no charm, no warmth, and should have been the same price as a Motel 6 in the 70's. The breakfast consisted of very... More

We only stayed one night and was wishing we could have stayed longer. Room was immaculate and accommodations very spacious. We didn't have breakfast because the breakfast bar wasn't open until around 7, so can't comment on what they had.

We've stayed here two years in a row. As with the other reviews, we also feel it's spotless when we arrive. The owners take pride in their place and also ask us if there's anything we need. We can walk to our 3 favorite restaurants for dinner and there are others we haven't even been to that are a 5-... More

We stayed here three nights. Very clean and quiet. Best of all, very centrally located. The breakfast offered is minimal (cereal with coffee and juice), however, 1 block away is a great coffee shop with breakfasts and pastries. You have a microwave, refrigerator and TV so for the rate you can't go wrong!

This place was immaculate! I have stayed all over the world at many types of properties. This place was the best value for the accommodations. I spoke at length to the owner's daughter. She explained her father is an architect and designed the building. It is very well thought out and details are addressed.
