I could discuss the FULLY stocked guest refrigerator, the FULLY stocked guest snack cabinet, the deck with swings, lounge chairs, sauna and hot tub, the newly installed babbling brook, the guest relaxation room or the view of Mt. Shasta but instead I wish to comment on the owner, David Knowles. WOW. David will make you feel that your are part... More

Words can hardly convey the experience my husband and I had when we walked through the door of Shasta Mountain Inn! David's incredible generosity and fabulous attention to detail was palpable from the get-go! The rooms are gorgeous, the breakfast superb (gluten free/vegan friendly), the hot tub under the stars, redwood sauna - the list is endless! The view of... More

There was NOTHING I could have asked for to make my stay more pleasant. I stayed in the Edson Room, but all rooms were all comfortably furnished with phenomenal views. Loved the foot/calf massagers in the relaxation room which hit the spot after a long day driving. My host advised that the Jacuzzi was a great place first thing in... More

This is an excellent, wonderful B&B. My wife and I were very, very impressed with both the quality and service. We were only there one night and we wished we had stayed there longer. The breakfast was awesome and David even cheerfully accommodated our gluten free needs. He also cheerfully allowed us to use his laundry room to do our... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. The owner is so great. He makes incredible breakfasts and leaves snacks out for you all day. He is such a great host that he makes your experience over the top. The house is very nice. The beds are comfortable and a lot of the rooms have fire places. The town... More

We stayed at Shasta MountInn for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We were staying in the Magic Mountain room which is a bit smaller than the other rooms (and a bit less expensive too). It had great views of Mt Shasta and Black Butte and lots of windows as well. We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was... More

Best Service: We arrived an hour early but David said, "No no no, you are just on time." I called David on the phone and apologized for bothering him to ask him for a WIFI password. David assured me that there is nothing that I could do to bother him. He even called me back just to remind me that... More
