Don't believe what they promise you, prices, shuttles, etc, don't believe it even they confirmed through email, they can change it, right before your trip when it's too late and expensive for you to switch to another place. They'll have lot's of excuses for these changes, one of them is: "the sales person does not work her anymore, what she... more

This was a decent place to stay, but I had a lot of trouble finding the place and was given the incorrect directions both times I called. I spent 40 minutes driving in circles only to discover I was still 5 miles away. And that was WITH my Tom Tom by my side! The biggest drawbacks had to do with... more

Very nice and pleasant place to stay. Stay here several times a year. The two bedroom suite is great and has an upstairs and downstairs. Convenient, clean and nice front desk personnel. The stairs could use a little refurbishing, but inside units are very well cared for and clean. Nice breakfast with lots of options. Pool area is small and near... more

I've stayed here a few times; since my last visit earlier in the year the rooms have had a bit of an upgrade. A few new pieces of 'art' on the walls, and some improvements to the laundry area. Otherwise, it's nothing flash, but comfortable, clean and with free Internet (wired + wireless) access. more

Overall its a nice spot for a business traveler. The location is convenient and the service is excellent. The evening happy hours are great, especially since the traffic is awful and trying to drive to dinner can be tiring. Otherwise its basically what you'd expect from an extended stay format hotel. The one down side is that the exterior is... more

20 of us are on an assignment for a couple of weeks at Stanford and we are all staying in this hotel. I work on the road frequently (software) and I have gotten used to the typical 3 star client hotels but this is almost as nice as my condo in Seattle. Not only do I have a full kitchen,... more

I was testing out suite hotels in the area and had high hopes for this. I tried it on a special that was offered to Marriott repeat customers. It is an older Residence Inn and in need of some TLC. The room layout was nice, but there were dead plants in flower boxes, peeling paint, and most importantly, bugs in... more

We too are Marriott Reward card holders, and this was one of the worst Marriotts we have ever stayed in. It is in dire need of updating. The room deoderizer was overpowering when we first walked in, the carpet was filthy, the A/C and water closet emitted so much noise that it was quieter being outside! On the plus side,... more

In searching for lodging in Mountain View CA for an upcoming trip I found a reasonable price for this hotel through one of the many hotel rate search options, so I went directly to Marriott's website to validate the price. To my surprise, I found that if I added "Senior Discount" to my search criteria on Marriott's website, the price... more

We are Marriott reward card holders and stay at Residence Inns throught Oregon, Washington and Northern California. We were VERY dissappointed in this hotel. We tried them a few years ago and decided to give them one more chance. The carpeting in our room was NOT clean! Kitchen items were not in working condition. The other Residence Inns that we... more
