Great staff that really made me feel welcome. The lobby was decorated very nicely. Clean, neat, spacious rooms. Extremelly convenient location right off CA Highway 29 and only a couple exits from the Outlet Mall.

The staff was helpful and informative. Would highly recommend. Room was excellent and bed was very comfortable. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. The wineries that the staff recommended where all great choices.

Stayed here for business trip. Really central to most places of interest in wine genre. Breakfast is large portion but tasty, front desk staff (Crystal, Bunny, Bertha, etc) always go above and beyond to help us feel at home. It's nice to visit, nice to come back to!!

I broke my toe over the weekend and needed to cancel my reservation because I am unable to travel. I am a high level Hilton Honors patron. They refused to cancel it because it was inside their 48 hours cancellation policy. What a terrible client service performance! Fail, totally. And the GM was flip about it too. The room was clean, bedding was fresh. The staff was helpful as well. Breakfast was outstanding! Friended the hotel on Facebook and received a free bottle of wine. That bottle was awful though. (LOL) Can't say anything bad about this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the Hilton garden inn in Napa valley and found the property to be generally nice. The rooms and lobby have been updated.....The pool area and hot tub needed to be up-dated and better maintained. Hot tub was really yucky......
