My stay was just alright, but the front office girl named Terri was really grouchy. It made my encounter and stay there very uncomfortable. The next day, fortunately, a different girl was at the front desk and it was better. The mattress in the unit was very soft and tended to sag a bit. The carpets were clean, the bathroom... more

I asked if I could see the room first and they had no problem letting me see the room, traveling with my family I wanted to make sure the room was good to go. I was pleased with the overall service, they also had a laundry room so I could do our laundry. They also allowed us to have a... more

This hotel is right off the I 40. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rate was good ($47). The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was large and well-kept and the hot tub was relaxing. We would recommend this hotel for its location, service, pool, and price. The TV remote didn't work and Daniel came right... more

Travelers Inn was the closest hotel, and not to mention the better looks, it was absolutely wonderful. The manager was a nice young lady , with great profession, i had one probelem , nothing major at all, it was a burnt out light bulb , and the manager was on duty and she had already called maintanence and had replaced... more

Upon arrival I knew we should have driven onto to Laughlin or Kingman. The front desk clerk was rude. Two of the lights in the room didn't work at all, and another one flickered repeatedly. I went to the front desk and some random guy standing next to the clerk came back to our room with us and showed us... more

We were traveling from Flagstaff to Los Angeles and were tired, so we picked the first hotel we found in Needles. Big Mistake. The room wasn't dirty, but it was shabby. The mattress sagged in the middle and was the most uncomfortable bed that I have ever slept in (worse than a pull out couch mattress). The air conditioner unit... more

We were travelling from Phoenix to Las Vegas and needed a room for the night. There were a few hotels in Needles and we unfortunately chose Travelers Inn. BIG MISTAKE. The room was very tired and dirty. Stained carpet, dirty sink/taps which included bristles from the last shaver or even before. The bed linen was, however, thin but clean. Some... more
