This place was exactly what I wanted it to be. Quaint, clean, & right next to the beach. But it went above and beyond! I walked in and saw a personalized greeting card, chocolates on the pillow, free dvd rental from the lobby, and free towel, body-board, beach-stuff lent from the lobby as well. We went to this hotel to attend the Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade....what a perfect location with its great sun deck to view the parade and its easy walking distance to restaurants.
