Wasn't wowed by the property and the staff. It had a lot of groups and events; so loud evenings in the courtyard! Room's shape was strange and had no light! Staff was not very helpfull! Felt was treated differently because online discount rated customer. more

When staying at a Hyatt with a 4 star rating you expect it to be above and beyond average. This room was not, first it had mold in around the grout and outside of the tub; peeling paint on the ceiling and near the tub from water damage.
