The floor in the room was sinking. It had indoor/outdoor carpeting. There was literally no space in the room. There was no heater in the room. It was outrageously expensive. This place is like many by the beach in southern california, ridden very hard and hardly well maintained. It needs to be gutted and redone. I went with my 3 Children to this magnificient location in Newport Beach. Enjoyed my stay.
