I was charged 500.00 for smoking on my outdoor balcony, When I went to the pool one evening one of the employees got in the hot tub and fired up a crack pipe and there were working girls at the bar. Other than that it was a great place! more

Service, room, grounds, staff are all top of the line. Spacious room with many extras, excellent valet parking service, great location very near shopping and restaurants and near to beaches. A quick ride to John Wayne airport. Pricey but worth it completely. more

Even if you get a good rate, parking is all valet, restaurant/bar is expensive, it's just a very high rent property. Rooms are very nice, and you are right next to the Fashion Island mall. The staff goes out of there way to be extra helpful. Overall a great place to stay, but be prepared to spend your money. more
