The Lanscaping looked great! and the inside looked like it just had a major overhaul. The lobby had an updated modern look to it very suprised with the product ! Staff was very helpful, and generous with their time and good advice. The room was comfortable (larger then expected) and clean. The morning breakfast buffet was really quite excellent. Loved... more

Let me start out by saying that the Norwalk Marriott is the best choice hotel when staying in the Norwalk/Downey area. The lobby and common areas are beautiful, recently renovated. The guest rooms were a little disappointing, however. The televisions were small (23" maybe) and dated. The picture was pretty terrible. The beds were pretty comfortable, but for some reason... more

The hotel looked a little older and run down from the outside. But the inside looks like it just had a major overhaul. I don't know why they feel the need to pump stinky perfume stuff into the lobby, but that is my only complaint. Staff was very helpful, and generous with their time and good advice. The room was... more

This Marriott has just done a major renovation. The lobby and common areas have a beautiful open concept design. The front door has a very nice automatic sliding door which is very handy when you come in with your hands full. Staff at the front desk were very courteous. The check in went smooth and fast. She acknowledged my Marriott... more

If you need to stay in this area of Los Angeles for business, this is a great hotel to stay at. If you are coming to Los Angeles for vacation; this hotel is of value, however, there is nothing near to entertain you. This hotel is great for Business Traveler's that are looking for a nice, clean, professional hotel in... more

This hotel is nice. The couple times I stayed there we had a few plumbing problems. The first time I stayed there, we were upgraded to a suite which was very nice. The regular rooms are nice, but not kept up as nicely as the suites. If you have a room facing the parking lot in front, you may get... more

The place has been newly decorated. Rooms are the usual good quality, but the lobby was terrfic - with pleny of space. Couches and fireplaces for watching large flat panel TV, and bar and restuarant with resaonable prices for dining - the burger was great. The staff was friendly and responsive. I liked it. About 30 miles north of John... more

We stayed at the Norwalk Marriott for 2 nights on the concierge level. The beds were very comfortable, and I liked the fact that we could order additional pillows and towels online prior to our trip. Although the hotel is near the 5 freeway, the noise was not bad, although it helped that we were in a room facing away... more

Marriott is our choice of brand when we travel. Needless to say, we've seen some good ones and some bad ones. We were very happy overall with our stay at the Norwalk Marriott. The hotel is convenient to get to as it is right off of I-5. It was further away from the areas we usually tend to visit in... more
