A real charmer on the outside: great location, lush gardens, beautiful rooms with lots of nice touches. Sadly, the staff was at best unresponsive and at worst rude and quite uncharming. I loved this hotel. Our room was beautifully decorated, it was like staying in a really nice guest room in someones home. Not hotel -like at all. The property is very serene, and it being an adult only property was a huge plus. I would recommend the Emerald Iguana without reservation and will stay again. more
