We were in the Olema area for only one evening--not enough really--and stayed at the Roundstone. I found the price a value for the area and the accomodation was very nice. Frank is a wonderful host and the breakfast was delicious. We felt right at home.

Pt. Reyes is a wonderful place for day hikes. While we can drive there from the Peninsula (south of San Francisco) and return the same day, we prefer to stay the night to be able to enjoy the area for a couple of days and sample a few of the restaurants.
