Haven't stayed there yet but off to a bad start just calling to make the reservation. Clerk was very unfriendly. Asked a question and got a duh type answer. Gonna stay anyway because alot of my friends have stayed there. Will definately let you know how things go.. more

It was a nice surprise to find that the "non-view" room that I booked still had great ocean views from our front door and back window. We paid $165 total with room overlooking Monterrey Bay, cheaper rooms are on other side of building. This motel is nice, slightly older property, clean. Price is really good, in a great neighborhood at Lovers Point, on a scenic drive. Room is big, bed is nice, sit outside your front door and watch ocean, otters, etc. more

If anyone wants a place to stay right on the ocean, close to everything in Monterey and not pay a fortune, this is it. My husband and I loved our stay ay your motel! The room was immaculate and charming. The staff was polite and very helpful with resturant tips,etc. We had a million view of the ocean which was a stones throw away. The location is breathtaking. A motel right on the ocean, what more could you ask for. The rooms are outdated but very clean.
