My family members (Texas & Minnesota) had a great time staying at the Marriott Desert Springs Villas II, Jasmine Court. The staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. The check in and check out was quick and uneventful. We adored the facility and thought the decor and amenities of each Villa were absolutely wonderful. We particularly enjoyed staying at the... more

Jasmine Court was Ideal for me and my husband. It was quiet and peaceful unlike some of the other locations we visited during our stay. The Villa was clean and pretty with all the amenties we could ask for. We had a fantastic time. If you are looking for hustle and bustle, stay out of the Villas II at Jasmine... more

Jasmine Court section of villas II is very isolated - not on any walking paths - its shop and clubhouse have limited hours - shuttle transportation available to other sections that have pools, restaurants, activities etc but can be a long wait especially on week-ends - I wish we knew this in advance since one joy of vacations is to... more

We used an Interval International exchange to return here. It is one of our favorite places to stay in the Palm Springs area. We are a semi-retired couple and brought our 19-year-old grandson (for part of the time) with us on this occasion; we had a 2-BR unit, on the 2nd floor, overlooking the golf course. We own several time-share... more

I tried the Shirodhara massage (where they pour warm oil directly on you) and really enjoyed it. Then I proceeded to spend hours by the quiet pool, which I think is the only quiet one at the resort. The other thing I loved was the space of the Villas (we had a two-room suite) and the really plush beds. I... more

I was fortunate to have booked this from the Marriott website for one night (Sun. May 24th - checkout Mon. May 25th, 2009) for a rate of $119.00. This was my first ever stay at The Marriott Vacation Club resort (Desert Springs) and I knew of it's primary 'Timeshare' concept. We were a party of four (Mom & Dad with... more

I needed a little Memorial Day weekend R&R, so I headed to this full-service resort in Palm Desert for a night. First of all, their check-in time is 4 pm, with checkout at 10, as opposed to the usual 3 pm/11 am which I think is a poor policy that really makes staying for one night almost not worth it.... more

Situated in Palm Desert about 1/2 hour from the Palm Springs Airport, the Marriott Desert Springs Villas are roomy, comfortable and centrally located. The two story building contain 8-10 villas each. We had a one bedroom villa with a kitchen, dining alcove, living room and large master bedroom. The villa contains all the dishes, cookware and glassware to enjoy meals... more

I was able to get an efficiency unit for a really good getaway rate through Interval for spring break. The unit is small, but like a nice hotel room for a fraction of the price. It would be fine for two or three, as it has a king size bed plus regular size sofa sleeper. The kitchenette has a bar... more

My wife and I were at the Marriott's Desert Springs Villas II from March 23rd through the 28th. We traded our Marriott week in Las Vegas. We had a two-bedroom, two bathroom unit for the week. The unit was very spacious and beautifully decorated. We were lucky enough to get a second floor unit that overlooked the golf course and... more
