The downtown location is terrific. The rooms were big and comfortable. At 5:30 pm or room was not ready for check in. Every chance we get we stay at the Hyatt Palm Springs. Especially on Thursday night when they have the street fair. (I don't think they have it during the summer months...too HOT!) the good things still continue with a few issues, but no where is perfect...Nice, efficient bell staff, front desk people, servers and bartenders; nice rooms but they look like theyre missing furniture in front of the windows. No complaints at all about this hotel. All amenities including the general store (easier and cheaper than room service) and on site restaurants were great. Only minor complaint is that this is a big property with a lot of long hallways but hard to avoid that.

Girls week-end away. Very nice and relaxing. Outside "happy hour" with live music. Staff are very friendly. Close to shops and a couple of "walking blocks" to casino. Our room was clean and in a quiet section of the hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful at all times and very accommodating. Shops and restaurants were all very close if you chose to walk downtown. Had a very nice stay here and felt safe. Would certainly stay again if I returned to Palm Springs.
