Used this property twice, in the month of Oct, as we looked for property in Palm Springs. On both occasions our credit card information was compromised by hotel staff. This is an old hotel that need some updates here and there but the rooms were ok and clean, pool area was ok. Not at all bad for that price and the distance to downtown more

Good price, clean accomodations for the money. Problem: after stay, my credit card was fraudulently used... BEWARE and check your statements. more

The hotel is rated as 2.5 stars, and deserves no more than 2 stars. It's just a baby-step up from a Motel 6. Exterior corridors allow you to hear everybody going by. Limited cable TV channels. Cheap price but should have been cheaper for what we got. The air-conditioner was loud, rugs were very worn, the bottom of the door into the sink area looked like it had been kicked in. We're buying land in Desert Hot Springs so we wanted an inexpensive place to stay for a few days, something around $100 a night or less. The Quality Inn looked like it would meet the bill. stayed for 7 days in jan. 08. room was large and cleanand the staff was helpful and friendly.nice pool area and very good restaurant next door.computer acess was available in the lobby.the quality inn offered excellent value for a traveller on a budget and i would certainly stay there again.thanks for a great stay. more

Stayed at this hotel which has 3 wood stucco buildings; each 3 stories high. Room doors have 3 locks. Entrances to rooms from outside. Windows in rooms are single pane; you can hear plumbing noises, conversation between rooms, outside the room in the corridors. Price varies from 59.95 - 149.00 for same room. Rooms need new carpets and new drapes... more
