I thought the hotel was nice. I have to agree that the bed was a bit hard, but nevertheless I slept like a log. They had one of the better continental breakfasts I've had. The room was clean. It's in a safe area and has a nice restaurant Billy Reeds, next door to the property . I would stay there... more
We stayed at the Ramada Palm Springs in December 2007 using one of the dockets from the travel voucher magazine. The lady on reception was fantastic. It looks like the hotel has been upgraded. We had a big room overlooking the pool. Everything we needed was in the room - lovely comfy chair and computer desk. Good breakfast in the... more
The Ramada wasn't too bad except for a couple of things. 1. The bathroom was not cleaned well. 2. The carpet in our room was badly stained and worn. The King size bed was nice and the pool and spa were ok too. Breakfast was suffcient. Not too bad for the price. more
Stayed here w/my husband our 2 daughters just for a hot weekend away from Los Angeles - this is not a "horrible" hotel considering the pool and the free continental breakfast which was not bad at all. There was hardly anyone in the pool so we were able to even occupy it towards the evening, the room was clean and... more
We checked in on Friday afternoon to a less than knowledgable and unfriendly front desk staff. Proceeded to go to our room. We layed down on our bed to watch a little TV when I found a small dead bug on the quilt. Freaked out by this I checked under the covers and sheets to find two more small dead... more
We would like to respond to a guest review posted on July 9, 2007 by KillerFrog, Las Vegas. First, I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this guest may have experienced at our hotel. We pride ourselves on our customer service quality, both at the front desk and other departments, and have consistantly rated an "A" on our guest...
I was pleasantly surprised during my two night midweek stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous, the continental breakfast was excellent, and the room was clean with stable wireless internet access. The Palm Canyon Drive location provided easy access to downtown shopping areas as well as Interstate 10. This isn't a 'resort' type hotel where one would spend entire... more
We checked in on Thursday night and checked out Friday morning. The hotel room was DIRTY, the beds were hard, the Pool and Spa was filthy! My son had an allergy attack from being in the bedroom. Not a pleasant stay at all. more
I recently stayed for 2 nights here and really enjoyed the stay! This is not a fancy hotel, but it is a good value for what you get. The location is great, right at the north entrance to downtown. The staff was more than friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was nice and clean, and having a... more
We were part of a veterans group, who have stayed at this hotel in the past. In January for our reunion, we book our stay at this Hotel. Much to our surprise on checking in, things had changed, and not just the name. The desk person would hardly make eye contact when we checked in. Since we got in late,... more
