We rented a phase IV upstairs condo (DD 144) for a week. The property is well maintained and the condo was very clean but a little spartan. The condo came w/ an abundance of kitchen accessories, pots/pans, tools and appliances. It also had a cooler which we used around the pool(s). This condo complex is geared for the retirement set....
