We checked in and our room was never cleaned! The bed was all a mess, there were dirty towels on the floor...garbage everywhere...it was just disgusting! This was the worst hotel I have ever experienced, with the most unconcerned, unresponsive staff ever! I don't know where to begin. Where do I start? When I checked in, I was given the room that was the longest distance from the elevator - not normally a problem but I have a torn ankle tendon and am in a big boot brace up to my knee, which makes walking very difficult.
