My daughter was married this past weekend and her reception was held at the Sheraton Hotel in Palo Alto. The Sheraton and Westin hotels were just so wonderful to us and treated us as honored guests. We had lots of out of town guest staying in both hotels and everyone was accomodated so nicely. It was the weekend of the... more

For the money you pay...it was hardly worth it. 10 bucks to park every day?? Expensive area but you wouldn't know it by the inside of the hotel. People that live in the area are freaking rich if they don't mind paying this much for a room!! more

I had to stay in the area on business and made the mistake of staying at the Sheraton. This hotel is very run down. The bathroom is tiny, dirty and in need of repair. It looks like a cheap Holiday Inn room that they threw a nice bed in. The bed was comfortable but the room itself was terrible. The... more

Very nice place. I have stay here a 8 different time in 2008! Only once this year. It was nice to be greeted By Donna who remember me from last year. and most of the front desk staff. I know that hotel have problem and I have had few at this hotel ,but Donna made everything better! Donna was very... more

Why did I give this hotel this review? Very simply put, in this Silicon Valley corridor, you have more than half a dozen newer, cleaner, more up to date options for the $239/49/79 price tag they charge during the week and you would be better off choosing one of those properties, instead. The rooms are in a time warp. Helf... more

I've used this hotel several times a year for many years, due to a company rate. It has easily the best location in the area, right at the end of University avenue and ideally placed for restaurants, bookstores & shopping. The beds are very comfortable, and the linen always crisp and clean. Over the years, though, it is clear that... more

We went to a soccer event at Stanford. The hotel was ideally situated near the college and an easy walk to downtown Palo Alto. Better than average hotel with large rooms, a good restaurant, and friendly staff. more

For a short business trip, this just makes the cut to be tolerable for maybe 1 or 2 nights, but aside from that it's an old motel looking place that is about 30 years old. That age is not so bad had it been totally remodeled, but being an old holiday inn to start with it was not designed to... more

This place is tired and needs to a refurb to bring it up to the standard of its nearby competition. Stayed in a club level room and could hear every movement in the hallway along with the drinks machine cycling up and down, and to crown it all, the alarm in the next room going off at 0530 every morning.... more

The hotel is located close to nearby shops and restaurants and was very clean. Service was excellent, we had a problem with the shower and it was resolved promptly and cheerfully. It costs to park in the hotel lot, but this was stated clearly to us at the beginning of our stay. more
