If you are doing business in Silicon Valley this hotel is centrally located. It is easy to find on El Camino Real and near some good restaurants (eg. Sea - an easy walk). They have some Cabana rooms in the back which are nice, and also some pool side rooms. These are nicer than the ones in the main hotel.... More

This was a very friendly and clean hotel. We were happy to be upgraded to a mini suite for our stay. They gave us bottles of water upon arrival and small snacks. It was very quiet and loved the comfortable bed.

Seldom have I stayed in a hotel with such delightful staff, smiling, helpful, in the most genuine way. Shuttle service is quite reliable, many places close by. Breakfast was tasty with great selection of fresh fruit, local cheeses, and the usual breakfast fare. I will return next time in the area.

I didn't love the crown plaza, but I liked it enough to give it a good review. The Crown is definitely one of the best in the area. Some of the hotels around Palo Alto and Sunnyvale hotels can be a bit like holiday Chalets. So this one is definitely one I'll be visiting again. Stayed here one night on college visit to nearby Stanford. Clean, centrally-located, friendly staff. Beds are comfortable. Toiletries are good quality. They give a little sampler of products from the spa which is a nice touch. Doors could be a little more soundproof; you can actually see light around the door and hear everything in the hall.
