“Why isn't this a Plus hotel?”

Was really impressed with this BW. My platinum card upgraded us to a suite. The bed was comfy, the room was quiet and set back from the street. Microwave was by request so we had none, good refrigerator though. Took us 30 minutes to travel downtown to LA which was great. We did not try the breakfast. My only question... More

This hotel is conveniently located for any activities in the Pasdadena area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the room decor as a little dated.

Although the property is older, we try our best to maintain it by replacing items when necessary and maintaining on a frequent basis.
