We met for drinks twice and were waited on right away. The second time the bar was very busy but the staff was well equiped to handle the increase in customers. The beds were most comfortable. A very nice hotel - the room was comfortable and well kept up. Service was excellent by everyone we contacted, such as the front desk, housekeeping and free shuttle service. Since our time was booked up with commitments elsewhere, we did not eat at the Westin, nor use the pool or fitness center, so cannot rate those things. more

Currently in a dispute with the Westin after the manager decided to charged me an extra $300 because there was "debris left on a patio", the trash smelled of beer and cleaning crews were unable to finish cleaning a 1100 square foot suite quickly enough after the hotel granted us a late check out. Why mixed review? Bathroom fine EXCEPT for a little water on floor from leaking toilet tank indicating a lack of housekeeping/maintenance. Decided not to say anything and see if corrected.
