Found this hotel to be in a great location and close to downtown. Room was reasonable. Make sure to get poolside room if available. Only one drawback is it can seem a little noisey if there is a reception but that did not really bother us. Hotel staff were friendly and easy check in and out. Walk out the back... more

Secured reservations for this, for our small business group, via Hotwire ($99/night) and it totally suited our purposes, comfortably, at the 3-3+ star level hotel class we prefer to book staff at. Our business was at the Huntington Library; very convenient. It was nice too that this was at a quiet location, on a residential street sort of setting. Hotel... more

My husband and I travel alot - both for business and pleasure, and do recommend this hotel for the following reasons: - Great location. Less than 3 miles from Old Town Pasadena. Small mall with restaurants is 1 block away. - Clean rooms - Friendly staff - Friendly shuttle drivers that suppose to drive up to 3 miles. But, our... more

I requested an early check-in so that I could feed my baby in privacy. The room that I had booked was not ready, so the front desk kindly offered an upgraded room for no extra charge. I was very grateful. The room was the same size, but on the club level, so evening hors' devors and morning continental breakfast (which... more

The room was nice, but the bathroom was way too small - not enough counter space. I was disappointed with the pool, and there was no whirlpool. The service personnel were great, however - I always got prompt answers and help when needed. Parking was very expensive. Also, it got very hot in the elevators - not sure what the... more

Rude drivers/bellstaff started the whole visit on a bad note. Management was totally unresponsive. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. more

We stayed on the club level (3rd floor) and had a great experience. The rooms are nice, plus the flat panel TVS and turn-down service make for a very nice hotel... The breakfast every morning was simple yet great. The appetizers from 5-8 with drinks in the lounge were the highlight. All this was included and could have been dinner... more

We stayed at this hotel in Pasadena for two nights in mid-August, and my thoughts were mixed. The location was great, although the hotel can't really take credit for that (all the hotels in Pasadena are in a great location, in my opinion). The building itself was not physically impressive in any way, especially compared to the Westin and Hilton... more

I stayed at the Sheraton Pasadena during a conference at Caltech. The first floor junior suite had a sunken bedroom and access to the patio. The room featured a plush king bed, large work desk, sitting chairs, and mini fridge. (The room had a malfunctioning thermostat that was repaired less than an hour after reported to the front desk.) The... more

We stayed here for 3 nights, and the 3rd night was free with Hotels.com. Rooms aren't huge, but very adequate. Nice comfortable beds, and a roomy fridge for client use. Rooms none too quiet, with noise from outside and inside the hotel. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Pasadena, 2 blocks from Macy's and easy... more
