We spent two wonderful nights at Wild Coyote and will be going back. If you want something unique and different from the traditional English cottage B & B experience, look no further. The attention to detail in the Southwestern style is incredible, and no part of the environment is ignored. The grounds and views are exceptional, and the large room... More

As our 5th trip to Wild Coyote, it continues to be a great base of operations on the central coast. The rooms continue to be well prepared and maintained, the Southwestern motif very pleasant, and Sean (new from our previous trips) is a great host. The meals were very nice though be prepared to wait a little if there are... More

I just returned from my second stay at the Wild Coyote B&B where I introduced more friends to this hidden treasure (and they loved it). The rooms are perched on a hillside in the beautiful wine country of Paso Robles, near the winery's tasting room. Each room features a beautiful southwestern decor and adobe style and includes a bottle of... More

We have previously visited this property only during the summer. My wife had said for some time she would like to go back in winter (such as it exists in this part of the world) to enjoy the fireplace in the room. We were not disappointed with how on the one hand things were the same, on the other hand... More

We have stayed here several times and will continue to. Gianni makes some great wine and gave us a very informative wine tour last time we were there. Kati always makes us an amazing breakfast in the morning . Of Course Shawn always makes us laugh as he pours us wine in the tasting room and describes which dish (in... More

The stars are amazing here and the rooms as well. If you enjoy southwestern (Taos or Sante Fe) decor, you will love these rooms. They are furnished with unique handicrafts. Rooms are big with luxurious wood panels and beams. Breakfast the next morning was great with eggs benedict and fresh squeezed juice. Gianni and Sean man the wine tasting room... More

A relaxing and enjoyable view of the winery. It was a birthday present from my son. My husband and I really enjoyed the casita and the wine. You really need to stay more then one night. Our stay was the week of Thanksgiving. We will definitely be back for another stay. More

We stayed at the wild coyote for one night during our Highway 1 trip the first week of October and we were sad that we didnt stay longer. The Casita style rooms are huge and have an amazing view of the vineyard. My husband and I wrapped ourselves in the blanket and enjoyed our complimentary (and delicious) bottle of wine... More
