Enjoyed this hotel and the area that we stayed an extra night. Clean and updated room; a bit small if you plan on an extended vacation. Refrigerator and microwave in the room, comfortable bed. I wasn't too impressed when we drove up. This BW is surrounded by the 101, Washington St and McDowell. Strategically located near the 101, large parking lot. large, comfortable and clean room. Very comfortable bed. The staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is better than the standard continental requirements . Highly recommended

Last time we were in Petaluma we stayed at the Quality Inn which was good, but the bed here was definitely more comfortable. I go to Best Westerns because of their allowing pets. Petaluma is a great location for a long weekend with great day trips to the coast.The 1 drawback was unlike other BW's I've been to this 1 didn't really have anywhere to relieve your dog. Convenient location to the wine country and Sears Point Sonoma Raceway. Very friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. Very competitively priced with a complimentary continental breakfast, with easy access to several local restaurants.
