There seem to be a lot of reviews here lamenting the fact that AVI has no TVs, but for me that's the draw. No phone, no TV, perfect. As others have said, it's clean, convenient and our room had a kitchenette. The best part was the proximity to Libby's Mexican Restaurant. It is superbly prepared Mexican food. And to Sharffenberger Vineyard.
