Therre are 28 parking spaces and 34 rooms. Had to wait until 3:00 PM for check-in. Rooms have no air conditioning. Asked for a portable fan. Got one. We have stayed here a number of times now with the family. The Staff have always been very helpful and always willing to please. It is a great location in the center of Pismo with minimal walking distance (~100ft) to the beach, shops and restaurants. more

We loved the location of the motel. You are right there basically on the beach and a block away from all the town happenings.
