We have never experienced such wonderful treatment as we did at this Hotel. We had water damage to our home and were forced to stay at a hotel for 13 days. We were able to take our dog with us with a 200 fee, but it was well worth it. I had my 4 boys with me and the staff... more

A lovely retreat within the hectic Bay Area. I cannot find one thing to fault with this hotel. OUTSTANDING staff. Don't recall all names, but Aaron was super patient helpful at all times, as were the other folks(sorry, Ladies, didnt get your names). Thank you to all! The grounds are spotless, both around the hotel in the parking area, and... more

One of the best bargains we've encountered. We has a two bedroom suite with king sized beds with a small living room and kitchenette for at $112 for 3 people on a Saturday night via Hotels.com. The suites were roomy, comfortable and well equipped, in pleasant grounds. Only one of us had breakfast but it seemed very good. more

Very nice, quiet hotel. Need a car unless you want to ride BART and taxi to get to San Francisco. Nice room layout. Good breakfast and staff. Only drawback is no elevator. more

I stayed at this hotel for one week for business. Very convenient if you are there for business. There is a small plaza close by with fast foods etc. The rooms are fully furnished with a full kitchen. Felt like home kind thing. The morning breakfast is pretty good but can use some new flavors. But it did the job.... more

Had our house renovated & we needed a place to stay for 3 weeks. We loved this hotel, better than the other chain we used to patronize. We did not have to worry about breakfast & the hospitality hour was filling enough for dinner. Housekeeping was very efficient, same with the kitchen staff. We just wished the pool was indoor... more

Husband travels to Pleasanton for business few times a year and said it was a good place to stop. We had things to do in San Francisco and is only 45 minutes out. Hotel was great for family with two kids ages 9,10 years old. It has a full kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. If you want... more

This hotel is not beautiful or in a great location but it delivers on the functionality you need when traveling with a group with varied needs. We were a married couple with two young children (3 and 6) and the single sister of one of the couple. We were able to get a two bedroom, two bath suite that slept... more
