Overall everything was good. The breakfast was very good with a verity of healthy foods. I just wish someone would have stepped up on your end and taken care of my parents special needs. I wasn't there to check them in or this would have never been a issue.

I stayed at this Hilton for a week on business. It's a fairly standard Hilton that is a bit dated, but well maintained. The staff is professional if not overly friendly. My husband and I stayed one night while attending a wedding in the general area. It was very comfortable, clean, and spacious especially after such a busy day and night attending wedding activities. Check-in and check-out was friendly and handled expeditiously.

The Hllton Pleasanton at the Club offers a centrally located, classic Hilton property at the intersection of I-680 and I-580. I reserved a room with two queen size beds well in advance, and I was given one with only one king size bed and a big "we are sorry." My room was way at the end of the hall, across from a very noisy laundry or maintenance room. The room next to us had the noisiest shower pipes.

A great business hotel with all the Hilton Perks. I've stayed here multiple times for work and continue to return because the service and staff are outstanding. The attached full service gym is one of the nicest I've seen.
