This hotel has improved over the last time our family stayed in this hotel several years ago. It is still a bit noisy since it is next to the freeway, but you can ask for a room at the back where it is less noisy. The staff (Andrea especially) was very accomodating. We stayed at the Best Western Pleasanton for the Goodguy Steet Rod Nationals. The check in was easy however there was a couple of older gentleman that were having trouble finding a room that didn't have anyone already in it even though they had booked. Our room ws nice but it was very noisy with the freeway being right beside... more
