Let's see... We came with a big group, all of whom had reserved our rooms far in advance, yet they weren't ready for us when we arrived at 4p. Several of us had to wait over an hour for our rooms to be cleaned. They're in the middle of some uh, remodeling. It's more like really cheap lipstick on a... More

Nice friendly place to stay with basic essentials: hot shower & electricity is all I ask for sometimes. Clean rooms and old furnishing in decent condition. Guest bathrooms need updating, but are clean. Nice big side yard w/ fish cleaning and BBQ area. Perfect overnight stop for pet owners. Walk to cafes downtown for dinner, lunch, coffee, or the natural... More

So as we were driving to Quincy I was looking on my phone for a place to stay. I saw the Spanish Creeks reviews weren't horrible so I called them after calling a couple sold out B&Bs and lodges. $75 for king for two not too bad. Apon checkin the gentleman was kind and quick. He asked "would you prefer... More

Old motel in charming Quincy. Needs updating and attention to maintenance. Lots of small items in room that need attention/work, including window locks! Given the limited options in Quincy, the only reason I would recommend this place is because everything else is overly expensive or not as nice!

My friend and I were in the Quincy area for the Indian Valley Century Ride. We had a wonderful nights rest prior to this ride in the Spanish Creek Motel. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and the shower was great. The large room included a refrigerator, TV, microwave and coffee pot. But bring your own coffee.

When in Quincy to fish, my wife and I stay in the Spanish Creek Motel. It's clean, well arranged and, although it's air conditioned, no air conditioning was necessary during the cool nights. The couple who manage, and I suspect own, the motel are charming and willing to do most anything to improve your stay. My wife and I were... More

Traveling through the Sierras of Northern California at a liesurely pace, without a specific destination leaves one with leftovers at the end of the day. And the Spanish Creek Motel is certainly one leftover you want to pass on by. The proprietor is nice but the set-up is not what we were expecting for $79 + $10 per night for... More
