Great little resort away from the San Diego scene. Off the beaten path and well worth it. Good value for great rooms. Staff was excellent and very accomodating. Retaurant and lounge were very good. We'll be back next year.

Stayed at San Vicente for a wedding up the road from Ramona. It was a great location for this (but not if you are interested in sites in San Diego proper). We love this place. Outstanding staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds and all at a reasonable price. We'll be back. It may be off the beaten path but that is why we love the resort. It is just a great place to get away from it all. Vee & Dave

We stayed one night, over the weekend. the room was a good size, the room was nice and clean, with the exception of some cob webs, nothing major. our only recommendation its to remove the bed spreads and just use white linens. nothing expensive but white. good shower pressure.

I purchased a stay and play golf package. 2 days of golf and one night stay. Don't think of JW level resort... think more like Courtyard in the backcountry. The location is a bit out of the way, but its a nice drive. Careful if you drive at night or in the fog as the road is narrow and windy.... More

If you are looking for a getaway that will not break the bank - this is your place! If you want fancy or upscale, this will not be for you. We spent a wonderful Friday night at the resort. Although it was too cold to be outside, the live band and the Friday evening crowd in the bar made for a fun evening. The casual dining was very good. The golf pro was knowledgeable and helpful. Staff was friendly and helpful
