We are here now on day three of a week long trip - The water park features are great and family friendly, and the life guards and waitstaff at the pool are friendly and fun. BUT the water features close at 6pm, and there is no food available at the resort after 6pm except fine dining - We found this... more

I have to say, one of the biggest rip offs in the Palm Springs area. However if you have young kids and enjoy constant screaming, yelling and crying, this might be your paradise. Let's start with their main attraction splashtopia or as we saw it a zoo. There is no place to sit or lay down comfortably within this compound.... more

Parking: If you aren't intending on using the valet, don't pull into the carport. You can get trapped by other cars. Just park in the visitor parking, check in and drive your car to your room. There is ample parking just outside the rooms. Check In: Very Slow Overall ambiance: Pretty nice. 7.5 out of 10 Room: 7 out of... more

I have never had such a horrific experience with a hotel of this caliber before. When we checked in we were told that we could wait poolside until our room was ready; which sounded okay initially, until we got over there. There was no locker room, only a dirty, wet bathroom, the pool was SO over crowded, it resembled a... more

I booked 2 nights (Mon-Tues) for my birthday with daughter & her dog (old non-agressive bred) for an extra $100. Told on phone dog ok at pool - not; nor can they stay in room unattended, so? Told 3 buildings specifically for pet people - not (they were being renovated). Changed rooms twice due to guests next door complaining to... more

My husband and I took our two granddaughters ages 6 and 16 months and couldnt have had a better time. We booked with trepidation after reading some negative reviews about the pool area overcrowding, and although it was very crowded, it was worth the hassle. We got a cabana on Saturday and what a god-send with the baby, and you're... more

If you're looking for a fancy resort but you'd like it children friendly... this is it! The pool area is absolutely amazing, with something for everyone, and the grounds are very very beautiful. We spent a perfect night strolling around on our way to the restaurant and then listening to live music while the kids were dancing! more

The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are clean and spacious. We arrived on a holiday weekend and checked in early, we were told we couldn't check in till 4 pm. The room was by the adult pool/golf course. Great views all around. We loved the easy walk to "The River" across the street to eat/shop/drink and have some fun... more

We went to this resort hoping for a fun spring break vacation for our 5 and 7 year old children. It met all of our expectations. There were some glitches, but overall the service was wonderful, friendly, accommodating. And the facilities were perfect for us. Because we have been burned in the past by height issues for water slides we... more

Totally a family hotel. Love the lazy river pool, water slides, family pool and quiet adult pool. IThe only downside was there was a line to get pool chairs every morning that started around 30-40 minutes before the pool opened at 8am. There was lots of pool chair drama that added a bit of pressure and stress to the trip.... more
