Nathalie and Alex at the pool were a huge help, so friendly. They really made my trip. Love the water slide. They get 5 Stars. The WiFi at your hotel is horrible and should be fixed before you hold any other business conferences!!!!!

The Westin Mission Hills staff and facility created and maintained an atmosphere that was not only welcoming but extremely efficient for both our guests and staff. We have held our annual fundraising event at Westin Mission Hills for the past 6 years...they are our partners.

My stay overall was excellent. The staff was all really friendly but heather (from fireside) went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. I was having an off day and was visably upset.
